Work with me

Different work needs a different door.

Some requests are a conversation. Some are a project. Some belong with one of the businesses I've built for that exact job. Here's how each kind of work begins.

Ways to work together

Speaking and events

You're planning a conference, training day, panel or podcast, and you want a speaker who can make systems and capacity make sense.

Who it's for
Event organizers, conference teams, training leads and hosts.
What you get
A talk or workshop shaped around your audience, with practical takeaways.

To start, have ready:

  • Event name and date (or a flexible window)
  • In person, virtual or hybrid
  • Audience and topic
  • Budget range

Business, systems and organizational projects

Work is getting stuck between intake, handoffs and the tools that are supposed to support it, and you need someone senior to sort out what should change.

Who it's for
Leaders who need advisory support, a fractional systems or operations leader, or a defined project.
What you get
Strategy and advisory: process analysis, CRM and workflow decisions, governance, documentation, training and change planning.

To start, have ready:

  • What's happening and what you've tried
  • Ongoing support or a defined project
  • Time commitment and start timing
  • Budget and who decides

Government contracting and prime teaming

You're a prime or agency looking for a subcontractor or teaming partner for systems, process or program work.

Who it's for
Primes, agencies and contracting teams.
What you get
Program management, systems implementation, process improvement and training support, delivered through Chic Geek Enterprises.

To start, have ready:

  • Agency or prime
  • Opportunity, solicitation or vehicle
  • Relevant NAICS codes and teaming role
  • Scope and response due date

Interviews and media

You're producing a podcast, article or segment on systems, capacity, technology or change.

Who it's for
Hosts, journalists and producers.
What you get
A guest or source who can explain complicated work in plain language.

To start, have ready:

  • Outlet and audience
  • Topic or angle
  • Recording date or deadline
  • Format

Partnerships and collaborations

You have an idea we could build together: a program, an event, a community initiative or creative work.

Who it's for
Organizations and creators with a shared goal.
What you get
A partner who brings systems thinking, facilitation and the right business from the ecosystem.

To start, have ready:

  • The idea in a few sentences
  • What each side brings
  • Timing
  • Funding context, if any
Strategy or implementation?

Not sure whether you need advice or a build?

A simple way to tell: if you're still deciding what should change, start with strategy and advisory. If you already know what to build, go to implementation. If you're not sure, start an inquiry and I'll point you to the right one.

How requests work

Every inquiry is read by me

  • I typically respond within 1–3 business days.
  • If it looks like a fit, I'll suggest a time to talk. Calendars are offered after review, not before.
  • Speaking requests include a budget range so I can reply with options. Fees aren't published.
  • Sending an inquiry starts the conversation. It doesn't reserve a date or create a project commitment.
