Build what matters. Give it the structure to last.

I help organizations, founders and teams sort out how work actually moves: where requests come in, how handoffs happen, which CRM and workflow decisions hold up, and what training and documentation people need for a change to stick.

My work connects business strategy, technology, and the people doing the work. My writing asks what it takes to build a life that can hold what matters to us.

How I approach the work

The details of an ordinary working day

I want to understand what happens on an ordinary working day. Where does a request go? Who makes the decision? What has someone quietly built to keep things moving?

Those details matter. They help us see what needs to change, what is already useful, and what support people will need for a new way of working to hold.

  • Process: how a request travels from intake to done, and where it stalls
  • Technology: what the CRM, workflow and reporting tools are actually being asked to do
  • People: who owns each decision, and what training and documentation they need
  • Adoption: what evidence would show the change is holding after go-live

I bring more than twenty years of enterprise technology experience to those questions, along with a life that has taught me to count what the work asks of us.

Books and writing

The ideas behind the work

Each book takes up a different part of the same question: what needs to be in place for this to work in real life?

The ecosystem

Four organizations, each with a particular job

My work runs through four organizations: Chic Geek Enterprises and its brands, The Business Boutique in Detroit, my creative partnership Colorful Perspectives Media Group, and the nonprofit Gifting Awareness Back. Each one owns a specific kind of work. You don't need to know which one fits before reaching out.

Tell me what you're working on.

You don't need to know which service or brand fits before reaching out. A few clear sentences are enough to begin.
